I like the ship but the food and service should had been better. Me and my spouse were not happy with this cruise.

Food was not good on the buffet. Breakfast was cold, quality of food was not as good as expected. I have had better food when I have sailed on Carnival cruise line. The main dining room food was great.

I always form my own opinion when going on cruises; however, I do keep my eyes open when others express a bad experience

I did the 12 day Med cruise on the brilliance. I thought the staff was great. The buffet could have been a little bit better. Not enough green vegetables in the buffet in my opinion. It was a much older customer base. Most of the cruisers were at least in their forties. Almost no children on board. But overall I thought was pretty damm good cruise.
