Disappointed by kasallis

Not at all happy with the process to book. Requested certain deck upon booking and was told rooms were assigned within days prior to embarking although my friend (that I was travelling with) received her room. She also booked through Cheap Cruises. I called 3 times and deck request notes were acknowledged every time. I checked in 2 weeks prior and received room assignment on the app. Called again and Cheap Cruise was not aware that the app assigned rooms. I was told once again rooms were assigned when embarking. I asked the Cheap Cruise rep to call Royal Caribbean, which they did. I was put on hold and she came back with the answer "the floor you requested is booked". They didn't have the common sense to ask "if it's booked, then why are we telling people you receive room assignments when embarking". How did it book up already? Upon arrival, Lots of confusion over cabin. Went to "assigned" cabin and we were moved.
