For being our first cruise, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the ship, Brilliance of the Seas, the staff were all amazing - never have been to a place where "all" the staff ALWAYS had a smile and were always very attentive!

Brilliance of the Seas, buffet was amazing, everything was fresh, hot, well maintained, and most of all enjoyed the Washy Washy Host on the way in to each meal.

Out cabin was very clean and comfortable. After 20min onboard we got upgraded to a nice balcony cabin - impressed !!
