Wonderful cruise line, perfect cruise duration (4 nights). So much to do, or relaxing if you don’t want to do anything!

Royal Caribbean highly values customer service. Everyone was hardworking and kind.

We had a very nice time. There are always pros and cons to all vacations. On this one the cons were by far the disappointment we felt in the main dining room's main courses as well as the very short amount of time you have in Key West. By the time you are able to disembark you are well beyond the posted time of arrival. It only leaves you with really 3.4-4 hours for travel and fun. Overall the pros included the room cleanliness and service as well as the variety of things to do while on board. We really enjoyed the adults only Solarium pool which was quieter and more relaxed than the outdoor party pool.

Although I normally cruise with Celebrity I went ahead and took a chance with Royal Caribbean. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up.

best of our 17 cruises, thanks for the memories. all ports were great. food in buffett and dining room great. flavio ast. cruise director was outstanding.

Nice cruise for the money. Ship was nice, food was okay, entertainment was good, staff was mostly friendly, only a few seemed to have some sort of problem working with people.

Disappointed as first time Royal Caribbean cruisers..will choose Norwegian or Carnival next time for sure.

We had a great cruise. Brilliance is a nice, small ship. If you expect the same amenities as a larger ship, they you might be disappointed.

This was a wonderful experience I would definitely do it again on a larger ship. This ship was huge but I would like a bigger better experience next time. The drinks were great. The staff wants you to have a happy experience I was very pleased with my stay and will be booking again. Thank you!

Definitely will do another Cruise with Brilliance of the Sea. We love the size of the Boat and the long time at sea. We really liked it better than the shorter cruise we had been on before. If you like slower pace and few children/teenagers, the way to go is a long cruise. There is actually room on the dance floor for older dancers who like to enjoy a dance or two. You can use the hot tubs and the pool and not get drowned by teenagers or drunk adults. The food seemed better on longer cruise and have time to really meet and make friends with lots of people.

Best and most relaxing cruise ever. Days at sea were relaxed and quiet with many activities available on board. Ports had a lot to offer and we had a great time in each one. Very few children on the ship and most of the passengers were 50+ so the later shows and dinner times were less crowded and easily accessible for younger passengers. Had a great time on this cruise!

This was our first cruise on Royal Caribbean. It is a shame it started out on the negative side, with poor training and poor information from American Airlines and Royal Caribbean. From there, we ended up going down hill once we got on the ship. There were a lot of good things, but overall I will consider some of the other cruise lines before booking on Royal Caribbean or with American Airlines again

wonderful staff. very enjoyable cruise. very well organized. the Diamond Plus and Pinnacle people need to have a larger area for their events. MANY people will not go into the casino because of the smoke.

Brillance of the sea is no more. Ship is dated. Better entertainment is needed and a diversity of food as well. The photographers only has three poses. I bought the package and all my pictures have the save three poses. My picture are three quarters by beautiful shoes were cut off. What a disappointment

Loved this itinerary and want to go back. All of the ports had interesting tours available. We really enjoyed our days at sea as well. We highly recommend this cruise.

Great trip overall. We enjoyed the excursions, entertainment. The food was very good. We wish we would have frequented the dining room more often than we did.

A lot of fun. New places. Great surprise: Malta, the best of the cruise. We enjoy every second of this unforgettable trip. We are planing our second cruise in Europe.
