Royal Caribbean highly values customer service. Everyone was hardworking and kind.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Embarkation was overall good. But the staff inside the room with the queues needs more training. They were pushy and confusing. The full time staff was fine. The ones I’m speaking of seemed more like part time staff. Most people nowadays know how to travel and can figure things out. They sort of acted like we were children.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
All main dining attendants, waiters and waitresses were superb, beautifully trained and caring. Loved the Windjammer breakfast and lunch. Main dining in the Minstrel (My Time dining), was very good, with wonderful servers. My main suggestion is that desserts could benefit from a little salt and more sugar. I don’t like over the top sweets but these needed more. Breads were outstanding. Favorite entree was eggplant parmesan. Loved the chilled banana rum soup.

Entertainment

Good, some risqué humor and a bit too much cleavage for children.
Great singing and dancing. Michael Grimm was great.

Each and every staff member I encountered was highly trained and caring. We had fresh towels twice daily.

Cabin / Stateroom

Enough room for two people to be organized, which enhanced the trip. Nice bedding. Room attended twice daily.
Ship tip
The smoking area is to the left of the pool on deck 11 if you are looking toward the pool bar, so avoid that side if you are sensitive to smoke. You can also avoid smoke by going to shows in the evening and steering clear of the casino.
