Absolutely terrible! There was no system in place for people taking there luggage with them. Luggage was in one place and we were told to sit down and wait. Complete chaos!!

I did brilliance over spring break back in april. I found it to be a quite pleasing experience! The food was good, entertainment was pretty good, with there being live music in many of the areas almost every day, along with the games of trivia throughout the ship. Not many kids either. If you want more entertainment and things to do, check out a bigger ship.

Did a transatlantic on Brilliance last month and was very pleased. The entertainment was great and we really enjoyed the seminars which were available. Our waitstaff were the best in ages. And there were over 1000 Diamond Diamond. Plus and Pinnacle Members.

I was also disappointed with my experience on the Brilliance of the Seas.

Sorry to hear your trip wasn't good with royal. I have cruised with them the most. Might want to try one more time on one of their newer ships!
