Kudos to following staff: Jose and Julietta, "Dine my Time" @ 7:30 pm, table #547. Dyer, cabin attendant, cabin 8018. Head waiters, main dining room: Zetnel, Nikhic Mattoo, Sandip Mondal. Schooner Bar: Andrae and Camilo. These folks gave friendly service with humor and many smiles....Their superiors are to be commended. I believe in loyalty programs; RC has earned my loyalty and business.

The only issue was no cold water in bathroom. Reported this both to maint. crew and cabin steward never got fixed entire 16 days.

Beginning embarkation and final disambarkation excellent. Embarkation in ports suffered from poorly staffed security as long lines and only one scanner of two manned. Cruise director, staff and entertainment excellent as was most of the service staff. Omnipresent load music in Windjammer, even at 5:45 AM, and on deck by pool. Great itinerary. Overpriced excursions containing large groups making it impossible to hear guides; the prices charged should have justified “whispers .” At least one bus was packed as close as airline economy seats. Air conditioning was not always used even during extremely hot weather. Dining room food on previous cruises was very good however food on this cruise was mediocre in quality and poor selections. Wait staff was excellent and concerned that you get a good experience.

Honestly, the itinerary was phenomenal and I had a great vacation. The representative from was useless. She was unavailable and never returned calls. I used for the benefit of my Delta card, but I wouldn’t again in the future. It was a 3rd party booking and being that my rep was unavailable it made handling questions and arrangements a little more complicated. I don’t like being negative, however, Theresa Pratt was just not worth the extra miles I received due to some aggravation I had to handle with the cruise.

Great ship with magnificent ports of call. Staff is always excellent. Food at buffet (Windjammer) much better than the regular dinner choices (surprised!). Rooms look clean but quite dirty at the "hidden places" (under sofa/beds/mattress).

Ships, Cruise director and entertainment director was excellent. Ship was well run except for snafu getting tendered into Guernsey( not ships fault). breakfast was always delivered early to stateroom instead of during time requested.bar staff at Schooner bar- Frankie, Eddy and Milly was wonderful.

Ship personnel extremely friendly yet unabtrusive. Some ports were hard/long to get to.

One of the cruises of a lifetime. Very happy with the ship, the crew, the stops. I highly recommend (but maybe when the weather is a tad warmer. It was very chilly starting out, but warmed up as we went through the 2 weeks.

Nice but weather forced cancel to two ports. Would like to do it again with full ports of call being possible.

Last year we crossed with NCL. Better dining options, more interesting ship. Lots more passengers with inept loading and unloading of passengers. Skipped half the ports. Relaxing with nice cabin and steward. This year we crossed on Brilliance. Average food, boring ship. Easy on and off. Skipped half the ports. Relaxing with nice cabin and steward.

We had a great experience with the ship crew, our cabin support staff and the Minstrel dinning staff thoroughout our trip.

We did enjoy the cruise. Cruising is what my kids like so we try to take one a year. No bad experiences and overall a great deal for the money.

We have loved our cruises on other royal carribean ships . After our experience on the brillance in march, i am not sure we will cruise with this cruise line again. Just not the caliber that it has been in the past.

All in all we had a great time. Just a few disappointments on the ship as reviewed above.

For the price that cruise was good however I think it was a little over price because we spent a lot of time at Sea this Cruise should have another stop because the ship does not have enough activities to keep you busy with so many hours at sea

It was our first cruise and our honeymoon!! We would highly recommend it to everyone!! We didn't want to come back! Ready to go on another one!! Would like to go to the eastern Caribbean next time!!

All in all, we loved it. It was a great "last spring break" trip

We had a great time on this trip. Went to Cozumel in early March and the weather was perfect. The ship is well kept (a little aged, but not bad) and clean and the staff so friendly.

to be told by the floor supervisor that my partner being 100% deaf was not a danger as there were no cars onboard was shocking and disgusting, why did I bother to pay all the money for such grief?

Was good might have to find a different boat or cruise line.
