Review summary

to be told by the floor supervisor that my partner being 100% deaf was not a danger as there were no cars onboard was shocking and disgusting, why did I bother to pay all the money for such grief?

although I had a drinks package EVERY night , even the nights I didn't dine in the dining room, I was charged a fee for a drink and every day I had to to guests services and get it removed
