Review summary

Ship personnel extremely friendly yet unabtrusive. Some ports were hard/long to get to.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Our embarkation experience began on a high note with our placing our luggage through an opening to go to our rooms. The experience deteriorated quickly as we were herded into a checkin line that was labeled for Diamond, Emerald, and Gold members. To 'progress to check in took nearly an hour. On all previous cruises Diamond members were in line with Diamond Plus members and the line moved more quickly.
