Review summary

Did not get to see glaciers as expected. Our Captain opted to skip Tracy Arm Fjord and neglected to cruise closer to Hubbard like other cruise ships.

Royal singers and dancers were a disappointment this trip. They were crude and suggestive especially since there were many families in attendance. The volume was ear splitting and required moving to the back of the theater. The Headliner show singer and the Juggler were excellent.

We also had a very unsatisfactory cruise with Brilliance of the Seas - furthermore Royal has been unresponsive to ANY QUESTIONS OR CALLS! We were on the SAME CRUISE as y’all! Would love to discuss further with you if possible

Despite the disappointments you listed, I am impressed that you rated the cruise 4 stars. Many cruisers would not have been so kind and mature.
