Review summary

Getting to Ravenna was difficult and Royal did not provide any transportation for guests that arrived a few days early in Venice. There was a train strike from Bologna to Ravenna we had to take a cab which cost us $150 and Royal had refused to reimburse us even though the agent over the phone said that they would.

I’m not understanding why it was Royal’s responsibility to get you from Venice to Ravenna, was that part of the package you paid for?
