Getting to Ravenna was difficult and Royal did not provide any transportation for guests that arrived a few days early in Venice. There was a train strike from Bologna to Ravenna we had to take a cab which cost us $150 and Royal had refused to reimburse us even though the agent over the phone said that they would.Embarkation
