Anthem's main theater only holds 1/3 of the passengers. They tend to start lining up an hour before showtime to get a seat. If you try going 15 minutes before show time, you may not get a seat or a group may not be able to sit together.

Book everything you can before the cruise. Book iFly, Northstar, and the shows before the cruise because spots will fill up very quickly.

It's a nice ship and the food is delicious but they just need to train their staff to be friendlier & welcoming. I'm an avid cruiser so I know when I see and experience good service.

The beds are hard. It felt like we were sleeping on the ground. Our room steward tried to add some fluff with an extra blanket but it didn’t help much. We loved the balcony and spent lots of time out there. We had rain

Our cabin was very far forward on the ship and we could feel the motion a LOT. Do some research about whether staying on a higher deck or more toward the middle of the ship lessens the motion and chances of sea sickness.

Don't buy the internet package unless you want to spend a lot of time configuring and getting help from staff (long lines there). IQ package for $7.95 was Ok but did not work half the time unless you shut off/on phone. finding thing was harrowing and I though it was a waste of money. Room cards had to be replace by almost everyone in our group and two of us had room safe breakdowns. Be careful of the shampoo dispenser in the 'beer can' shaped shower as it's easy to knock off the wall and breaks apart. In our room, the A/C was fixed at 65 degrees and not realized till the 7th day in. Remote did not work unless you swung it around in circles in front of screen. financial Account page would not load the 'next page'. No closed captions except for news shows. Sound volume was difficult toi adjust comfortably.
