This was an easy relaxing itenerarty and we loved it. The ship is nothing short of amazing and the food, shows, etc the best we’ve experienced. Biggest issue was not being able to participate in many big ticket activities due to not knowing about having to register the first day. Never did get to do Northstar, ifly or escape room and those items were on our list for picking this ship.

Everything was AMAZING! Ate main dining every night and didn’t feel the need to use the speciality restaurants. Staff was the best we’ve ever had and we didn’t wait for anything. We ate at Chops for the lunch on last day and you could cut filet with a fork!
Onboard Activities

There was a lot to do, but it was difficult to utilize the big ticket features. Went to sign up for ifly, Northstar and escape room the first sea day and was told at all places that they were booked for the whole cruise before we even left port!

Kindest and most efficient staff we’ve ever experienced cruising when it comes to dining and stateroom. The guest services staff was less helpful. We had some issues with our drink package and we got passed around to 6 staff and management people over the course of embarking day and they didn’t know the answer and blew us off telling us to come back later. We finally got it resolved by 11pm the first day and it was a simple fix. We wanted to upgrade our package and were told they had to refund and repurchase. We didn’t want to do that. The last guy wasn’t even a manager and he goes “yeah that’s easy, here’s the upgrade button!” And it was done.

Excellent cabin with great view. Kids slept on pullout couch and it was really hard and not a mattress, but other than that, no complaints. Most storage of any room we’ve had on a ship!
