Review summary

We found leaving from port Bayonne very efficiant we were on the ship within a half hour of arriving at the port at 11am. The Anthem is a beautiful ship with lots to do. All meals at the windjammer and at the MDR were excellent. All ports had smooth departs and re entry,s. We finished our cruise with a meal at Wonderland. Probably the most entertaining meal that we have ever. If we were going to rate the best port, we would choose Labadee.

Ship tip

Book what ever you can ahead of time as things fill up fast. Having a balcony is like having your own outdoor patio.

St Maarten is still showing signs of hurricane recovery but all that we encourted were very grateful to see tourists return. The open top bus tour was a great way to see this island.

We did the rain forest excursion which we found interesting and very scenic. The port area it self was just okay.

Best beach that we have ever been at. We did the Labadee traditions tour, definately got our moneys worth.

Labadee is nice provided you stay away from the "straw market." I don't know the correct name, but they were extremely aggressive and pushy. Give you things despite protest and then want you to pay.
