Even booking in advance, you still had to wait a few minutes to dine in regular restaurants, but not in the specialty restaurants. I logged in for the first time on July 11 and could not find any restaurants offering dinner between 7:30 and 8:00 PM. I did not like process of so many restaurants

Never book RC Shuttle service. It costs $57 per couple while Uber costs $22. Shuttle operates every 30 minutes. Driver didn't have knowledge with how terminals, airlines and destinations were allocated. He damaged our NEW Samsonite suitcase by grinding it out with another on the top of it.

We booked excursions in advance. Didn't book special dining or special shows and found there was plenty to entertain us and keep us busy.

Book any specialty restaurants on line before you go. They fill up fast. Same with the North Star. Went went to the North Star on day one and they said it was booked for the entire cruise. We ended up getting to go up in it because some people did not show up for their designated time.

Need better service in the dinning rooms. Not at all impress. Wait to get serve, was crazy and a mess. We were better off eating in the windjamer, which we did. So the family dinner which was a great part of our trip was not so great.

Book your dining times, shows, Rip Cord by iFly, and North Star online before you get on the ship. I can state this enough - you will have a much more enjoyable experience if you plan these experiences before you get on the ship.
