The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.  Food at Specialty restaurants and at the Grande restaurant was excellent, the others average, service at all restaurants was also very good.

Completing web site to choose restaurants and shows was too convoluted I spent hours trying to figure out time to dine and time to attend shows.

I processed all pre-embarkation requirements, including downloading photos.  At the port, I spent what I feel was a long time to board ship including a problem where a bar code did not print in a document given to me at the port, so I had to go back to a service desk to get one printed with the bar code to be able to board.  Disembarkation was a lot better than expected although my flight was early, I got to airport with plenty of time

Cabin / Stateroom Cabin had a good size and closet space, bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were very good
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Embarkation was a problem for me, already explained earlier in this survey.
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs
Did not check out
Entertainment was good but not what was expected. We Will Rock You was built too high for the type of music it developed. We thought the Gift was a sad story when we were there to have fun.
Service and Staff
Roberto our cabin steward was exponentially superb. Others in restaurants Ronnie in Chick. Kacan in Chops Grille and my server in Jamies Italian restaurant was outstanding, he was from Ukraine but I cannot remember his name.
Food and Dining
I explained before that specialty restaurants and the Grande were Grand. Others were average. The staff in all restaurants were excellent
Cape Liberty, New Jersey
Boston, Massachusetts
We took Trolley Citi Tour then walked along the Market Place had lunch listened to music, went to the Granary Cemetery to see tombs of Paul Revere and John Hancock. Lets face it, Boston is a rich tradition and historical city
At Sea
We relaxed this last day and went shopping in ship picked up photos had a nice lunch. Played Bingo and went to activities in Casino. I think the last day at sea prior to embarkation is a great idea

Even booking in advance, you still had to wait a few minutes to dine in regular restaurants, but not in the specialty restaurants. I logged in for the first time on July 11 and could not find any restaurants offering dinner between 7:30 and 8:00 PM. I did not like process of so many restaurants
