The crew was amazing; however after paying for an expensive cruise and then going to Nassau twice and Cozumel it was a very disappointing cruise

Review summary

RCL mot being flexable with allowing us to cancel and rebook on another ship. The did not give any compensation for the less than desirable ports when booked originally on more expensive cruise, st Tomas, st Kitts. Drying cleaning did not get done in time for dinner and like all other responses "sorry we can't do anything" would not recommend RCL to anyone

This is the problem when cruising in hurricane season all cruise lines will not let you cancel or rebook on another ship read the contact you can rebook on another ship but it will pay extra that is the same on all cruise lines

This is a problem with bookings during Hurricane season. The contract states that they can change ports at their discretion. This is for our safety. I understand that they did take care of their clients quiet well in most cases. But, I do feel for all of those affected by this choppy season. I would not blame RC.
