Excellent cruise and crew! My husband and I were very pleased with this trip. The service aboard the Adventure of the seas was superior and the staff was very courteous and diligent.

I was surprised at how dirty was the terminal in San Juan. The process of getting into the ship was fast, but the first impression was not good. There were papers and garbage all over the floor. I’s not difficult to remedy this if more trash cans were placed around.

Milagro, from housekeeping, was excellent and very diligent. Michael Jackson and Muhammad from the main restaurant were also very nice and attentive.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was on the 9th floor. It was very spacious (much more than expected) and confortable.
It is showing its age In the decore. It looks tired and somewhat old. The bathroom had a smell.
The mini fridge kept things fresh, but not cold. Closet space was adequate with plenty of hangers to use. It had a hair blower which was convenient.
Ship tip
We brought a steamer to help us with dewrinkling ok the clothes.
We bought a case of 12 litters of water, which we didn’t use at all.
We also bought the soft drink package. They gave us a huge complimentary plastic tumbler which was very difficult to carry. You don’t need it to get your soft drinks. Just show the Sea-Pass card and you receive your soda.
We received number 33 which was the last scheduled to disembark at 11:45 am. We followed instructions and waited and waited. Our group was supposed to meet at the theater at that time.
The last call we heard from the disembarking crew was at 10:00 am. and it was for all groups up to number 24. At 10:45 we went to the theater and it was closed. Apparently, they forgot to call or announce other groups including ours. Being this our first cruise, we were totally disoriented and confused.
