Review summary

Had a great time on the Adventure of the Seas ship by Royal. The ship was very nice. Big, but not too big. Staff in general were nice. There were a couple of bartenders that were rude, but all and all everyone was great. Our room attendant was terrific. 4 of the 5 ports were very nice. I could have done without Grenada. St Lucia was beautiful. Disappointed in St. Thomas. Downtown closes early on Sunday. We were not notified of this until after we made plans to go to the beach. We wanted to go to a certain beach, but bus driver talked us into another. It was nice, but wishing I would have stuck to what I wanted to do. Antigua has beaches that reminded me of Bora Bora. But beware of the people. VERY PUSHY and aggressive...!!! Looking forward to booking another..

I loved our cabin and location on the aft of the ship. But the room needed a few updates. Light fixtures missing covers and patched with tape. Huge stain on the carpet. Our room attendant Korrine was great..

Ship tip

The ship was a nice size where there were times you didn't feel like there was anyone else on the ship but you.

Bacardi tour was fun. Stayed 2 night pre-cruise at Condado Plaza Hilton. LOVED that hotel. Pay the extra and get ocean view. Worth the money.

Beautiful Island and very nice people. Enjoyed our day on Sugar Beach. Booked with a company called Spencer Tours. Would highly recommend. Boat ride, snorkeling, lunch and drinks all included. Out tour guide Terry was great.

St. George's, Grenada

Port was ugly. Went on a spice and waterfall tour off the ship. Bus was very small, long drive to other side of Island. Concord waterfall was not impressive. Locals jumping from falls and if you watched them they expected money. Bus driver knew more than the tour guide. Some streets very narrow and hard for bus to maneuver. But have to say bus driver did a great job.
