April 2017 - 8 Night Caribbean & Bermuda (San Juan To Cape Liberty) Cruise on Celebrity Summit
Good, but overpriced
We really enjoyed traveling to Bermuda since our previous cruise did not get to go there due to a hurricane. The food and service in the main dining room was excellent. However, the food and service in the buffet was inconsistent. The entertainment was so-so. The ship seemed dated and need some work, particularly in our cabin. Our cabin was right under the buffet and was thus noisy. Overall it seemed a little high priced for what we got.

Cruise tips
We shopped a lot and got some nice souvenirs in town. We took the Mount Roberts tram to the top of the mountain above town. The views were nice, but would have been better on a clear day.
Seabourn Sojourn

We took the White Pass and Yukon Route train excursion, which was very enjoyable. More fabulous scenery, along with a nice box lunch. Souvenirs were available for purchase on the train.
We did not take any tours, but the bus ride to the airport in Anchorage was narrated and the scenery was beautiful.
The scenery was beautiful, but we didn't take any tours.
We took the Alaskan Lodge and Seafeast tour, which included two bus rides with narration, two boat rides with narration, a walk in the rain forest that highlighted flora and fauna, and a seafood lunch that was wonderful. Shopping was nice.
I went on a fishing excursion and caught two halibut, which I had cleaned and filleted, and shipped home. It was a bit pricey, but lots of fun.
We took the tender into Sitka; it would be nicer if they had a pier for the cruise ships. It was a beautiful day and the scenery was very nice. We shopped and had lunch in town, and got more souvenirs.
Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia
It's rather cumbersome to go through immigration at the airport. The bus ride from the airport to the cruise terminal was nice, as the driver took some detours to show us more of the city.
KLEMTU, SWINDLE ISLAND, BRITISH COLUMBIA

Celebrity Summit
Avoid deck 9 as its under the buffet and pool deck.
