No heat for the entire cruise in my room. Terrible food. Cunard is trading on an image of the distant past. Lectures were excellent. Very very disappointed. So much so I've written and asked for compensation. This was so bad as to be offensive. First night I waited 90 minutes for a slice of chicken spam. Left to get room service. I can't upload photos because their website is not working.

Please make sure the staff is given as high a rating as possible. If we were allowed to give higher than a ten, the staff definitely deserved at least an 11. I simply can't think of anything that could have made our first cruise experience any more perfect. Thank you Holland America Lines! Good job of hiring such great staff!

We had a fabulous time. First transatlantic and we will definitely do this again. Very relaxing, ship is beautiful and staff is wonderful! Captain Nicholas is so personable and visible throughout the ship. The Retreat once again did not disappoint. Wonderful cruise!

We had a very good first cruise with Royal. Overall not as good as our previous cruises with Holland America and Princess. Stage entertainment was equal but the food was not.

Very pleased to have taken this journey. There was a lot of planning before hand and there were some complications but a great experience

destination’s were great, crossing was overly crowded inside, ship was nice NCL thought it more important to provide money making venues such as bingo, price is right, let’s make a deal, pull tabs instead of providing their guests with entertainment

As we are trying to choose our favorite cruise line, we decided to try NCL and booked 2 cruises, almost back to back. The only cruise worse than this one was the first NCL, on the Epic, which is was NOT. Based on both trips, we are running back to Celebrity and Princess.

This was our first time on Anthem of The Seas, had wanted to do this class of ship for the North Star Extended Experience, bumper cars and I Fly. Our 2nd transatlantic cruise with Royal. Our only complaint is that they do the time changes at 2PM. Why not 2AM when everyone is sleeping? Seems the transition would have much less impact on people if this was done. Future bookings of Transatlantic cruises will be done East to West. Overall, we enjoyed the ship, staff was great, ports were new for us and we had good tours.

The crew members were helpful, courteous, ready to assist. My stateroom attendent Venell was great very courteous, greeting with a smile and ready to help with every need. My dining room waiters Adi and Ashis were so helpful and attentive to every need and so accomodating as well as the surpervisors who knows the name of every guest. The entertainment was excellent. Michelle is such an excellent Cruise Director. She is present everywhere and in every show. Not sure how she did it.She needs help

Had a great Trans-Atlantic crossing, reading, playing mini golf and just enjoying the slow pace of cruise life.

We enjoyed this cruise very much. Very nice ship. I think the public spaces were too small considering the passenger capacity.

It’s still a new ship with too many people and not enough spaces to accommodate the huge crowd, wished food quality would be better.

Loved doing a Transatlantic cruise. Enjoyed peaceful days at sea. Prima, while a beautiful ship is not meant for cold weather cruising. Too many people crammed inside in many little venues. Specialty Restaurants were outstanding.

I was very pleased with the entire cruise. Top notch in every aspect. Crew members were the highest. Ship was super clean. Performers and staff above the clouds, this includes the lounges and bars.Super drinks poured at any location. I was sometimes embarrassed to be treated like I was. I cannot speak highly enough of this vacation!

In over a dozen cruise on a wide range of lines this was the absolute worst. Food served cold, unreasonably long waits for food in dining rooms. Poorly laid out ship, and the constant knowledge that NCL does care.

Stops were great. The cruise/food was below average. Won’t ever cruise Norwegian again.

Great ports and very good entertainment. MSC offers a great value with drinks and WiFi and the staff was friendly and the ship is very clean.

Great cruise if you have a suite. This was our first cruise on a mega cruise ship. It was too crowded most of the time so you stood in line for everything. Don't have this problem on Celebrity.

We did back to back on this ship and we could not have been more happy with our experience The cruise excursions were very well planned and we were mostly satisfied. We also do not like to take a chance of missing the ship by booking with independent cruise guides. Europe is congested and we just didn’t want the anxiety over ship return

All the staff was amazing. Special shout out to our dinny staff Rommick our waiter and Casandra our assistant waiter.
