Review summary

I was very pleased with the entire cruise. Top notch in every aspect. Crew members were the highest. Ship was super clean. Performers and staff above the clouds, this includes the lounges and bars.Super drinks poured at any location. I was sometimes embarrassed to be treated like I was. I cannot speak highly enough of this vacation!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Very smooth, from time of walking into terminal to on ship was maybe 24 minutes

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Very good food at all of the restaurants. Wide range of different choices of food at each meal.Great staff who cleaned all areas and helped the flow of people. Cannot speak highly enough of the service and food.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Deal or No Deal, BINGO,Casino, fitness, hot tubs, trivia, music gatherings of different singers, hypnotist, comic juggler, just to name a few. Honestly, if you don't have a good time, it is your fault. Even alone time if needed. There were few children on board, from toddlers to early? teens. Mostly an older get away group.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Great entertainment was morning, noon and night. Trivia, musicians, and DJ's played at all times in different locations, then at night the stage shows topped off the evening. Waiters took drink orders before the shows, the performers were available to mingle with the guest and many had the pleasure of meeting their fans.

Children's Programs

I am retired, solo traveler for one.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Prompt, courteous, friendly from ANY crew member. I felt that I was treated like a king. I am not a world traveler and hope I never become one that would treat a crew member as a person of lesser value. The ship is run very well, staff I talk with were Second to None.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I was very pleased with the complete package. ALL areas of the ship were very well maintained, I believe I was in most areas as I kept busy!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
First time, solo traveler. This fit me fine. I was not in the cabin except to sleep. Cleanliness was first rate! I would have liked a little larger toilet, but knew that when I bought the ticket. Staff was OUTSTANDING!

Went on a Hop On Hop Off, money well spent. Saw all that was on my list. A few shops that I wanted to try was closed for the season, scheduled to open the next week. Not NCL's fault. I had a great time.

I would have rather stayed the over night here than Iceland as Paris, and most sites are not too close by

Southampton (London), England Did not visit port

Off the ship on to the bus. Very RUDE Bus driver and yellow jacketed woman. Not NCL employees

Disembarkation

Went quick, orderly, off the ship and right on to the bus. Enroute to airport in under 30 minutes
