Review summary

In over a dozen cruise on a wide range of lines this was the absolute worst. Food served cold, unreasonably long waits for food in dining rooms. Poorly laid out ship, and the constant knowledge that NCL does care.

The food was garbage, many times served cold. In the dining room if an ice cream dessert was ordered it would be brought out a half melted puddle of ick... the dining rooms were pathetically understaffed. This was the first cruise of more than a dozen that I lost weight on, simply because the food was so bad.

Paid for and had a confirmed transfer from the port to the air port. When we went to verify this they notified us they had not record. When I gave them the confirmation left I was treated like trash, given a refund, and blown off. NCL really does not care if passengers live or die as long as the bill is paid,

I think that the evidence suggests that NCL has issues however saying the don’t care if you lived or died is a bit overly dramatic. 🤔
