I loved this cruise! Carnival has never disappointed me! RC has disappointed me several times. The service couldn't have been better!! We all had a wonderful, fun time!

We had a great time. Wish the food in the buffet was better, and hot. The entertainment was good.

If you do not drink a lot of alcohol - do NOT but the drink package - just pay for the drinks. The package is $70 a day and the drinks are averaged at $10. I would have been find just paying for my drinks. There was only 1 day that I actually "drank: and that day I think I had 6. If you buy the package all adults have to have it. The other adult in the room did not drink but 3 drinks the entire time. The kids; I was not aware (first cruise) could just drink from the buffet. Do not waste your money on the soda package. You have to get it at the bar - and you still have to pay taxes on EVERYTHING if you are in a taxed part of the water!! I seriously spent SOOOOO much $ on drinks that were NEVER drank!!! So I really wasted money. There is fountain water, juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa in the buffet area. Everything else you can purchase. You can also bring a 12 pack cans on board with you. This would be my choice if I had to do it again. If I felt like drinking alcohol - it would be much cheaper to spend the $8-12 for the 6-8 drinks for the 1 day of drinking than the $70/day for the 5 days (board Monday at 5pm so they count that plus debark Friday at 7am they count that). That is my advice to not BIG drinkers ;) Spend your money on other things on the ship - souvenirs - coffee - arcade games - bingo - etc.

Kind of a dull ship and crew, wanted more daily deals for boat purchases and more info on weather at ports of call when no cell service was available

Generally we had a good time. We felt safe at the ports and the staff was good. This cruise better than driving there.

Great ports, weather was perfect. Food was very good, staff excellent.

The cruise director (Deon) and all of the Carnival staff worked well to ensure a great time for all. The ship and ports were a great, new experience for us. We enjoyed our vacation and would go on this ship and itinerary again.

We've done this itinerary and ship before and we were reminded why this is one of if not our favorite Carnival ships. While Panorama does not have all the latest "splash and pizzazz" of the bigger ships, it doesn't need it. It takes care of its guests superbly, feeds us well, and shows us a great time on a clean and comfortable ship.

Lots of fun, great staff and a variety of food, drinks and activities for all age levels and interests. The extent of smoking areas adjacent to public areas was the biggest turn-off. We did not travel with kids and would choose an adults-only, non-smoking ship for our next experience.

We met our children and grandchildren for this cruise. We have been on many cruise ships and this was our first Disney cruise. I was very impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The kids had a great time and we made wonderful memories together.

Pros: taken this cruise in the past, so we knew the ports and the ship. Great room steward. Food was good. Liked all of the omelet stations in the Garden Cafe. Had my morning meal prepared to my specifications. Cons: VERY disappointed that “Six” was not replaced with another show, especially since it is coming back. Felt I paid for something I didn’t get! Service in the restaurants was slow. Saving lounge chairs at the pool is an ongoing issue.

The cruise had many of the special touches Disney is famous for, but the food and drink were not up to par. I would not recommend this itinerary because the seas are so rough coming out of Vancouver and well into Oregon so early in the year. I want to give the ship another try on a different itinerary because I think it has great potential under better circumstances.

Went two time to get ground transportation from ship to airport. Tags were never sent to the room so we returned. Front desk gave us tags for bags and for us to wear. Could not understand the counter person nor hear her over the backround music and 200 people talking. Had no idea the bus's only went to LAX we went there and back to the terminal then to Longbeach airport. What a mess.

My personal preference is I would not choose to cruise NCL again. Had it been my first cruise I may have arrived at a different opinion but compared to other cruise lines this was a disappointment. Cancelled and changed itineraries, no port refund, room service fees, rules not enforced on observation lounge and very short times in port made this a personal disappointment.

We really enjoyed the cruise. I wasn’t excited about the excursion choices when we booked them, but they all turned out wonderful. 10/10!
