Pros: taken this cruise in the past, so we knew the ports and the ship. Great room steward. Food was good. Liked all of the omelet stations in the Garden Cafe. Had my morning meal prepared to my specifications.
Cons: VERY disappointed that “Six” was not replaced with another show, especially since it is coming back. Felt I paid for something I didn’t get! Service in the restaurants was slow. Saving lounge chairs at the pool is an ongoing issue.

Teppanyaki was fun and food delicious. Ocean Blue food was good. Service was slow. Disappointed to see Cagney’s steak and lobster items in the main dining rooms. Will choose an different speciality dining restaurant in the future.

Pool. Don’t know how you get around people saving lounge chairs and not showing up for hours, if at all!

Jersey Boys were excellent. Beatle experience was also good. Miss having a second Broadway show, like “Six”. I felt shorted since I had paid for a performance that the cruise line did substitute, especially since it is available on our next cruise.

Service seemed slow in restaurants, although they were very professional and friendly. Our room steward was wonderful and ver accommodating. Bars often seemed short staffed and wait time was often more than 5-7 minutes

Men’s restroom outside of Garden Cafe needed maintenance and repair work. Layout of the ship is good.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was always maintained. Beds seemed to sag. Loved the larger bathroom, with shower.
Why send ALL of the passengers to the same deck at the same time. The elevators,stairs and walking areas were heavily congested to the point no one could move. Would suggest different disembarking times meet on different floors — like 6,7 & 8. Vey bad experience, especially for mobility challenged passengers.
