Went two time to get ground transportation from ship to airport. Tags were never sent to the room so we returned. Front desk gave us tags for bags and for us to wear. Could not understand the counter person nor hear her over the backround music and 200 people talking. Had no idea the bus's only went to LAX we went there and back to the terminal then to Longbeach airport. What a mess.

Specialty dining was very good. Main dining rooms not so good so so service and kids were out of control loud and jumping on chairs. The NCL servers will do nothing to get the kids to calm down, might as well been in a Zoo.

Fine for what we paid for we did not upgrade on this trip. Very clean. Could not use internet in the room. And since I have a droid I could not do the group text messages with my Apple friends. NCL app is a joke and told by Internet team do not use it.
Ship tip
Don't go if you want peace and quite, the kids are loud and not told to be quite.
Too dam many people pulling there own luggage and jamming up the elevators. Paid for grand transportation and found out the ship's bus's only went to LAX. Did round trip back to terminal and then went to Longbeach.
