I loved this cruise! Carnival has never disappointed me! RC has disappointed me several times. The service couldn't have been better!! We all had a wonderful, fun time!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service couldn't have been any better! Everyone was extremely friendly and eager to please. We had the best wait staff in the Horizon Dining Room (Jayson who also works in the lunch Pasta place was outstanding! We loved him! He was a wonderful dancer and got everyone up dancing and having fun! Also, we loved our Chutima! She was amazing and remembered all of our names (so did Jayson). The last RC cruise I was on was so terrible in terms of service. They didn't know our names, didn't know how we liked things, etc. This was my typical Carnival experience: outstanding!) Also, our room steward, Demer, was very special! Always smiled and so courteous and willing to bring anything we desired. Such a difference from my last RC cruise. We never even SAW our steward on that cruise!

Ship Quality

I always have difficulty finding my way around ships. I appreciated the smart elevators. Once you knew how to use them, they were great! The crew kept all areas sparkling clean and always were cleaning the bathrooms. I felt very safe.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our steward, Demer, kept our cabin sprakling clean! Always had towel animals waiting for us and kind words. We loved him! Loved the room...plenty of space and storage! The only thing I would change is having shower doors.

Ship tip

Read up on the elevators before boarding so you know what you're doing (we did). Make sure to visit Deck 15!
