Plan on a couple of hours to get you on the ship and double that when you get back home and need to get off. It took us 3 hours

We flew from Australia to go on Panorama we had the best time. The ship is awesome so is the staff We could not fault the food. Best cruise ever Would never stay on Queen Mary again was the worst experience ever

I went on the Panorama right after the restart. Worst cruise I've ever been on. Everything went wrong. But at least I still gave them a 4.2

Just cruised from there. No issues. Stayed at queen mary hotel night before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Never had a problem with Panorama or Long Beach. On in 10 min, off at 7am, home by 8am.

Sorry it seemed just okay for you guys. I was on the Panorama back in February and did the vow renewal at sea with my wife and had a wonderful time with great food and ports weren’t too bad with offers. Thanks for the review.

We had the same experience as the cruiser when we sailed with our daughters. 2 and a half hours standing in the sun to embark. We were there at our assigned time but it was so disorganized that it did not matter. The food was the worst we have ever had on a cruise and we have cruised a lot and the crew seemed just “done” Our cabin steward was great though!! The app was so spotty and kicked us off so much. Every time we had to stand in line at guest services with a huge line to get it back. Never again!!

Hmm… I have sailed Panorama multiple times and always had good food. Where did you eat? Debarkation on our last Panorama voyage was bad. However it took less than 20 minutes to debark. For Embarkation,did you arrive at your chosen arrival appointment time? The only time I have had issues with lines was when I arrived too early. The last time through Long Beach (mid April) the wait was non existent. I literally walked straight in to security. Spent less than 3 minutes getting through and then walked straight to the waiting area. Once my zone was called, I walked up the ramp and onto the ship. It look no more than 5 minutes from when my zone was called to when I was on board.
