Too many other people on ship by DonPhoenix

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Panorama

We will not go on this cruise again. The first 2.5 days at sea is a no-go for us - especially with over 4,000 other people on the shop trying to do the same activities.

Wonderful time as always! Fun events and friendly staff. Only drawback was no self-service laundry or ironing available.

Great 5 Night Cruise by rebak24

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Firenze

We had a great time for our first Carnival cruise. I would say directions and communications could be a little more clear, ie: Deck to disembark for ports, return, etc.. All in all it is the wonderful staff that always makes a cruise the best travel.

Party of 10 on board. We had a wonderful experience and time. Service was excellent, food was delicious and Cabo was a beautiful port.

Wonderful staff, not much variety by jae619

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Navigator of the Seas

Nice ship, but smaller than you realize, ok if you plan to spend time in port, but not enough selection to spend the entire time on the boat.

Not to Happy by sarasidhu

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Radiance

We won't be going back to Carnival. There were a few times that the Staff was short with me and other guests. But most of all, our biggest complaint - was the pool. It was ICE COLD for the whole 4 days that no one was swimming and enjoying the sun. All you could do was go in the Spa. Everyone on the ship was complaining. I was so disappointed that hardly any families could enjoy the pool area because it was so ice cold. Will not return to Carnival cruise for this prime reason.

Mexican Riviera Cruise by marialvaladez

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Carnival Panorama

The best part was having the Harbor section with its own breakfast and snacks. Convenient, practical for a family with children. I highly recommend it.

Exhilarating and memorable! by finosanto

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Panorama

As a solo traveller, I thought my cruise won't be as exciting compared to when I have company. However, it turned out to be just fine. I made lots of new acquaintances and became friends on board. Perhaps, if Carnival Cruises can offer a solo traveller waiver, I can hop in on my next solo voyage.

First time I've been disappointed on a cruise. by jbruntz

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Panorama

I wanted to surprise my wife with a special cruise for her birthday, so booked a suite and upon arrival we found out the balcony had a 90% blocked view. If you sat in the chairs, all you could see was a white steel wall. If you wanted to see the view, you had to stand. Total disappointment.

Excellent Cruise. Highly recommended by alwilliams767

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas

Embarkation was fine. San Pedro staff were pleasant. Ship was very nice. Super clean, wonderful staff. Food in the dining room was great but not superb. Ensenada is a gritty town but the excursion we took was very safe and super enjoyable. We actually took a cheap cruises excursion, riding horses on the beach. Its in the middle of the city, so its not some romantic secluded location, but still extremely fun!!! Afterwards we took a comfy bus to La Bufadora ocean geyser, NOT TO BE MISSED. All this at a lower price than Royal could deliver. The only gripe I have on the entire experience was that the staff at the flow-rider expected expertise and there was no timely opportunity for a beginner to learn. Again, super fun cruise. Definitely recommend.

Good but THEY DOUBLE CHARGED! by ppeng001

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas

Overall good experience, just the double charge and the fact that I couldn't get it resolved even though I went to the customer service desk is extremely dissapointing and annoying.

Just ok by jolynda007

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Radiance

We had fun but food was horrible and entertainment for older teens was almost non existent. It was challenging to find entertainment that we could all attend together.

Wonderful cruise at an affordable expense. by ddliang69

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Carnival Radiance

The cruise is nice. THe food was great and not entirely expensive overall for all the cruise fares. Buy early is best and watch for offers. Buy last minute is good as well, but usually less vouchers and offers.

We had a good time by janicenegley

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Radiance

We had a good time and felt relaxed when we left. I was grateful for the hardworking staff that made our time as pleasant as possible. I though the entertainment could have been better. I have been on other cruise lines with a better experience on that. It was my husband's first cruise and he said he had a good time, good food and that he would go on a cruise again.
