Overall good experience, just the double charge and the fact that I couldn't get it resolved even though I went to the customer service desk is extremely dissapointing and annoying.

They freaking doublec charged my account even though we told them that we noticed it on board and talked to a customer service officer. When I called the hotline to help I was met with an automated voice that said "oh we can't help you and you have to wait and call your bank, good bye" NOT OK

Doesn't sound accurate, just like the wrong sail date. (Unless still on the cruise) Debit cards will be both authorized and charged not double charged. If this is the case it is the responsibility of the bank to remove the authorization (hold).
