Great experience by HappyHappy246

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

Overall, great time. More low calorie food options later in the evening and less attempts to make money off of the passengers would enhance the experience.

God time -awful food by davidmharrod

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Inspiration / Destination: Mexico

Enjoyed the cruise and the activities. Having the Hub app was very useful. If you don't want to put up with the awful buffet food plan to eat lots of burgers and tacos.

Long beach cruise to Ensenada by Silvestrim

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Inspiration / Destination: Mexico

The overall cruise was good. However, not too much to do with kids in Ensenada, too much adventure. The cabin is too small for 4 adults and 1 child. I think It should have more shows for kids as well.

OLD, DIRTY, SHIP. by morgandunn

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Carnival Inspiration / Destination: Mexico

Don't Take unless you have no other options. Choose another Cruise Line or at least another ship. SHip is falling apart, food is poor, activities limited. Ensenada is limited in activities of interest.

Great for family of 7 by tiffanyejan

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Inspiration / Destination: Mexico

Great for a large family with hectic schedules and a quick weekend cruise to get you together is perfect. There was just enough to do for this short trip. Any longer on board, we would've been bored. If you buy wifi, it will tend to un log you so you have to make sure your logged in all the time. Ask the guest services when it stops working, you just have to log back in.

Nice first cruise by vlahosa2000

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

It was a very nice first cruise, but there are a number of things that could be improved upon in order to make it an even better experience for passengers. Particularly, the attitude of staff and crew, repairs on the ship, and disembarkation.

Relaxing Getaway by jmgarlitos

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

First time to cruise this way just for a weekend getaway and it really served the purpose. The whole experience was smooth, predictable and pleasant. The staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating. The foods were good but same daily. The main dining room experience was the best because the staff were very friendly and very prompt. The buffet choice of entry were understandably limited but repetitive. But overall, the quality and number of choices were reasonable. I recommend this cruise for people who just need a short getaway but be aware that my impression was it is geared towards children and young adults.

Super fun quick cruise by Cruiser42659213

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

This was a great cruiseship to take for a short duration cruise. Great cruise to take with friends. Even if you are not a drinker, it is still a super fun cruise to take.

Amazing and awesome. Great experience and wonderful staff. Food options was great, steak house and chef's table are worth the purchase. Love the adults only area as a break from the kids.

Great Cruise to Mexico! by ColoradoSix

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Miracle / Destination: Mexico

This was a great cruise all around! We will consider the Miracle again in the future, and even prefer it over the larger Magic. The crew is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this cruise!

Good Experience by rebecamize

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Inspiration / Destination: Mexico

I've gone on 3 Carnival cruises; this ship seemed small. The pool was absurdly small and full of little unsupervised children; no lifeguard. The Serenity deck -for people over 21- was nice, but it doesn't have a pool. The dresses up night was very pleasant and we ended up buying more pictures than we anticipated. It was a pleasure to arrive to the cabin after the cleaning crew went through it.

nice trip, but too short by cdecoske

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

we enjoyed the cruise but were surprised on how small our cabin for 3 was. Thought we should have been warned on the cost of drinks; we would have been better prepared if we knew the cost. Shocked we had to purchase a lanyard for the room key. Otherwise, the ship was clean and the staff was very friendly

All in all, we had a GREAT time on our cruise and can't wait for our next cruise. This is the first time our girls danced their hearts off on the Main Deck dance floor and had a blast joining in all the Line dancing they offered while we ate

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)

My family had a good time, it was a great experience for first time cruising. There is something for all ages to do; I would definitely do it again now that I know what to expect.
