Review summary

All in all, we had a GREAT time on our cruise and can't wait for our next cruise. This is the first time our girls danced their hearts off on the Main Deck dance floor and had a blast joining in all the Line dancing they offered while we ate

Embarkation

5 out of 5
it's always a breeze checking in and finding our room

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We were disappointed that they removed the Asian food (Mongolian grill) section and replaced it with a taco bar

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
My girls always have a great time with all the different activities they offer on the ship

Entertainment

5 out of 5
we always look forward to all the entertainment on the ship, ESPECIALLY the different music around the ship from the DJ to the amazing Broadway shows after dinner

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
I give this a 2 star rating because when our daughter (14 year old) slipped and fell pretty hard on their stairs, not only did they NOT take an incident report but they staff that attended us was barely concerned even after seeing how badly bruised and scraped our daughter was. I had to request a bag of ice and their reaction was simply THESE THINGS SOMETIMES HAPPEN. The picture attached was taken after the swelling went down from applying the ice we requested. It was VERY swollen and painful prior to that. Also on our last dining visit the Waitress's we had were not friendly AT ALL and frankly seemed bothered by us. We didn't even stay for dessert due to the service. The dining experience prior to that night with our other Male waiters was wonderful to say the least, ESPEICALLY Shabaz. He was happy to see us EVERY night even if he wasn't assigned to be our waiter

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
ship was constantly being cleaned which we appreciated. Restrooms more specifically were ALWAYS very clean and smelled freshly clean

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward (Nanan) was AWESOME. We've never had a bad Cabin steward. they are ALWAYS very attentive and we're very thankful

Ship tip

take advantage of looking at your daily itinerary to take advantage of all the wonderful things to do on the ship. We LOVE to eat and always took advantage of their great gym they have to stay in shape and not gain weight while enjoying all the delicious delicacy's

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
Long Beach is home of the famous Beautiful Queen Mary and we often visit Long Beach due to so many things to see and visit like for example the Aquarium of the Pacific and many wonderful restaurants in the area

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
Catalina is ALWAYS a blast to visit because it's full of plenty to do with our kids and the food and people there are amazing to say the least

Ensenada, Mexico

5 out of 5
Ensenada, Mexico has changed ALLOT thru out the years for the better. There's more security around so you feel safe and the face lift they've given the city just is beautiful. We were impressed

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Disembarkation was easy breezy. We always carry out our own bags so after having breakfast we walked off the ship with ZERO hesitation or hassle
