Would not recommend. The ship design is odd, the food options are very limited. The entertainment is sub par and the ports of call are meh. Biggest disappointment is the lack of hospitality from the staff. It was not a true carnival experience- the staff not only were not welcoming but also not apologetic when things went wrong.

We had a great time and will probably take this cruise again.

If it's your 1st or your 50th cruise, DO THIS ONE. Relax and let you self. It has Something for All Ages. Want to get the Family together and Relax? Cruising is for You. They will Take Great Care of You

Once on board I was very happy with my room, my dining time, and the overall entertainment on the ship.

Very disappointing, really changed our view of Carnival. Additionally, felt totally misled as did many of the passengers we encountered. This was sold as an inaugural cruise of new ship. It was the second cruise of a slightly refurbished Costa cruise ship. Feel misled and deceived. Carnival just went from a "high choice" to a "LAST choice".

Great ports, wish we had more time in Cabo! All-in-all a great cruise.

First time on Carnival, but definitely would travel with them again

Carnival needs to be more strict with disembarkation policy. Turn away group that disembark out of turn. If you're going to assign group then enforce it. This is why disembarkation is always a mess and bottle neck.

It was ok. The service when it was good was great but it wasn’t always good. The spa is not relaxing it’s just one high pressured sales pitch after another. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. The disembarkation was a total nightmare.

While our cruise experience had its highs, the lows in service quality and dining left us with an extremely disappointing experience with Carnival. We hope this feedback helps in improving future guest experiences. But it highly doubtful that we will consider taking another Carnival Cruise.

It was a wonderful, relaxing experiece! You can do as much or as little a you want! It was the staff/crew who really made the experience enjoyable! Every day we looked forward to talking to Albin! Our review would have been 5 stars if the disembarkation off the ship had not been so bad!

This is our third cruise. This one did not meet expectations out of the three cruises we’ve done this was by far the lowest standard.

It was a very nice cruise on an older smaller ship. The internet was poor, the satellite TV connection was also poor. While the dining room food and staff were great, there was NO indication we were in Mexico. There were NO Mexican food offerings or Mexican (Latin) items to purchase on-board. The staff did a great job. The corporate office forgot to provide a theme of the route.

Overall this cruise was disappointing. But then it was Mexico. The weather was windy and cold on the last 2 sea days. Couldn't even venture out on the decks. I would not do this cruise again.

Overall I enjoyed by time. Having an opportunity to have a experience with my grandsons.

Had a great time on the cruise. I would have enjoyed more music at the pool. Being a Mexican Riviera you would think you would have more Mexican music playing.

Great for our first cruise. Only minor issues - worst of which was the near constant upselling/hard sell.
