Once on board I was very happy with my room, my dining time, and the overall entertainment on the ship.

I was in line to drop off my luggage and get directions to the parking area for 1 1/2 hours. People were abandoning their rides and walking to the terminal. Very disorganized.

Breakfast in the dining room was slow and food came out at different times. Oatmeal would be delivered to the table then 10 minutes later the butter and toast would arrive. Waiter did not have help. Food had good taste.
Dinner was great. The wait staff, Sowon, Yasa, and Gebe were wonderful. Attentive, friendly and personable. Food selection was good and taste was delicious. I recommend all soups. Best I have ever ate.

The entertainment was exceptional. The entertainers in the Liquid Lounge were top notch. Their vocals were perfect. I really enjoyed the violinists in the atrium, also the pianist in the piano bar. Tried to attend all of the comedy shows, PG and R rated shows. Enjoyed both.

My room steward was Candi. He introduced himself within a few minutes of my arrival to the room. He left a card with his name and number. When I had a slow draining sink, he had it repaired while I was down for breakfast. When I had a problem with my nightstand lamp, he had it repaired by the time I returned to my room. He would always greet me if he was in the hallway. Truly wanting me to have an enjoyable time.
Sowon was the head waiter. She was always checking to make sure I was happy with my meal. She was kind and thoughtful in her interactions with me. Yasa was usually the first to greet me at the table. He always had a smile on his face and remembered my name and my drink preference. Explained the selections offered that evening. Very kind and thoughtful. Gebe always made sure my water glass was full and I was not in need of anything. Such a nice young man.

My cabin was fine. I have stayed in rooms with a balcony, rooms with a window, and interior rooms. This room met my needs.
Ship tip
The elevators were a little tricky initially. You select the floor and the number of people on an electronic pad outside the elevator. You can’t choose a floor once you are inside the elevator.
The driver of the tour bus I was on was pulled over by the police. Not sure why. He seemed very qualified. The tour took longer than expected but was enjoyable.
Traffic going into the terminal can be a nightmare. I hope they can get things fixed to make it flow better. A person directing traffic may be helpful. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
