While our cruise experience had its highs, the lows in service quality and dining left us with an extremely disappointing experience with Carnival. We hope this feedback helps in improving future guest experiences. But it highly doubtful that we will consider taking another Carnival Cruise.

Service and Staff
2 out of 5
The quality of customer service has significantly declined. Staff members were unhelpful when approached with inquiries and provided inaccurate information.
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
The ship's layout adhered to the standard for its size, yet the elevator system proved to be exceedingly frustrating. Waiting times of 15 minutes or longer were common with the purportedly "new elevator system." Furthermore, the lack of clear instructions on how to use them exacerbated the situation, leading to considerable confusion among guests.
The port was good, it would have been nicer if the pedestrian gates that were closer to the ship were open. We did an excursion with a company outside of the ship. It was good.
The port itself was satisfactory. However, the shore excursion arranged through the ship proved to be highly disappointing. Marketed as a city highlight tour, it merely consisted of a motorcoach drive through the city, making it impossible to capture any meaningful pictures. The stop at the cliff divers felt more like a solicitation for tips than a genuine attraction. Additionally, the gold zone appeared to be a ploy to push silver purchases, with no authentic shops present. It's advisable to explore the city independently, allowing you to truly experience it and capture memorable moments without wasting money on this tour.
The port itself was acceptable. However, the ship's early arrival often meant that many shops were still closed. By the time the city fully came to life, it was time for the ship to depart. The city highlight tour, which purported to showcase Cabo San Lucas, actually took place outside the city limits, leaving no opportunity to explore the city afterward. While we appreciated the stop at Cuervo, we would have preferred to have some time to explore the city itself.
The disembarkation process was chaotic and poorly managed. There was a lack of organization, with passengers milling about in confusion. Despite notifications from the ship app and announcements encouraging guests to disembark, staff members prevented people from joining the lines, leading to frustration and anger among passengers. It took nearly three hours to finally disembark, during which time we had to navigate around staff members to ensure we didn't miss our transportation. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.
