It was a wonderful, relaxing experiece! You can do as much or as little a you want! It was the staff/crew who really made the experience enjoyable! Every day we looked forward to talking to Albin! Our review would have been 5 stars if the disembarkation off the ship had not been so bad!

Marketplace/Lido deck was amazing!!! Albin was an awesome host! The Dining Room menu/food & service was incredible - Youlando & crew was so welcoming and attentive! (And they can dance! :) ). We tried several of the speciality areas and were so amazed at their wonderful food & service!!!

Actually - as wonderful as the ship is with so many things to do. What really made the experience awesome is the staff and service we received. We NEVER passed by any crewmember who did not greet or speak to us and they always had a smile! We are not even sure how this is possible!!! Those who really made an impact on us included: Albin (Marketplace/Lido Deck) we enjoyed him so very much! Our room steward: Dinner.....wow! Can not say enough! Even if I passed him when running back to pick up something I forgot he was ask me where my husband was! (By name)After the FIRST meeting he always called us by name! We can not imagine how he ever could do that with so many people. Also, we'd run up to breakfast....and our room was immediately cleaned! Went far above what anyone could expect! Any our Dining Room wait staff - wow! Awesome as well. We had Yolando & Jroberto! The first night we asked for lemon for our tea.....every night after that - lemon was already on the table! How they remember so much is beyond incredible. The staff by far was the best part of the cruise!!!!

Get ready for a wonderful time! Take some cash for tips! You will want to reward the staff who do so much to make the experience special!
We didn't book an excursion. Found a boat on the dock and went out to see the arch. Was wonderful. Don't take the first person who tries to rent a boat.
Only horrible part of the cruise! We did everything by the book.....and that was a mistake! We did not rush ahead of anyone - and while don't regret being curteous....it delayed us! There so SOOO many ways to have made this an orderly experience - but the ship did not have any staff to keep things moving! One guy - standing on the stairs - who said they had shut down the stairs/elevators was not truthful! There are 1400 staff....all who had been woderful - but to leave the boat there was only ONE man who did NOTHING to provide any organization! There really was no excuse for the way this cruise ended! (Note: This was not the whole process. Once the 'line' was established it was fine - of course it took time for people to get thru the line. The bad part was waiting to be called....then once called - there was no organization to get to the line.)
Unfortunately, the root cause of disembarking confusion and aggravation that everyone wants to leave at the same time. Just as it occurs at any sporting event, concert, or any venue that ends with large crowds. The only solution is patience and courtesy
