Took awhile waiting in line. The guys that took our luggage were very aggressive asking for tips. Another couple on the trip were told by these guys they need to tip $20.00.

The layout was fine but easy to get lost when you can’t take the elevator straight down everyone was lost. They need to put more people on the floors to direct people which way to go. The common areas where clean and well maintained

Everything was great! Just one suggestion electrical outlets need to be closer to the bed. When you have a cpap machine you need an outlet closer to the bed we had to put an extension cord across the room which is not safe.
