Over all trip was fabulous. I do have a complaint on the nail service I received. There is a 14 day chipping guarantee. My nails began to chip on day 2. I would not have mentioned this, but 6 days later 4 of my nails are chipping. I would like to discuss a refund for on this service.

The whole experience was very good. My beef is that I shouldn't have to pay so much for wifi service. If I check into a hotel, it is included. Charging me more for a week on the ship than my provider at home for a month is outrageous. I understand the cruise line is in business to make money, but I paid over 5000 dollars for a balcony room, before other amenities. Wifi should be included.

It was a Great Experience Traveling with the Europeans on the ship. It was fun meeting so many people from so many different countries. It was the most enjoyable experience. Every American should try this Wonderful Experience. Quite different and fun.

The worst ship. I cruised over 25 cruises with Celebrity’s Solstice class ships & maiden voyage with Edge. Never complained & always we’re looking forward to cruise with them again. This was my first time on Millenia class Infinity. We thought we’re on worst Carnival ship. Ship is very neglected, poor maintenance, many of staff are not trained up to Celebrity’s standards or brought their service habits from other cruise lines starting from very top. Poor quality of food . Celebrity is always taking pride of their food & wine choices, but not on this ship! We got an impression that most of staff ( starting from very top) trying to sabotage this company. Sad...Don’t waste your money on “Infinity” & book any of Solstice class ships or beautiful Edge!

I would not cruise on this ship again. Very old. No entertainment and everything closed early. Not very friendly staff. The ports were great. Our room steward was great. The food in the buffet was just not very good. Out of all the ships we’ve been on this has been the worst. First time on HollandAmericaLine.

Overall, the cruise was nice but I wasnt as happy with the ports because the ship docks far away from the cities of interest, so you need to spend a lot of time travelling by bus.

The cruise, ship, people, everything was great! We will definitely cruise with Celebrity again and also visit Ireland and Scotland again!

Excellent itinerary and the excursions were phenomenal! Extremely well organized and planned! The friendliest staffI have ever seen on a cruise and I’ve been on a lot of cruises. Would go on Celebrity again in a heartbeat!

Not the best celebrity cruise we have been on, loved the ports and tours. Ship seemed a little old looking we had no rail for most of our cruise on the veranda. food was the same as always no change in the menu or at the buffet. food as good in the Tuscan Grill. Service was good in the dining room.

Wonderful trip with great friends. First time on the Reflection and it was a beautiful ship.

We took Celebrity because our cruise consultant (and others) raved about it. We were pretty disappointed in the line. It was not the experience we expected. The service was not very good. Overall the staff was not friendly. We had a few issues and no one ever got back to us. We had to keep going to guest services and shore excursion people to get updates on our issues. The food was just okay and the activities were not very good. We may or may not do another cruise on Celebrity - despite the great itinerary, it was an overall disappointment.

This tour is not for people who have bad knees/mobility issues. Lots of walking for all destinations. It also seemed like the ship was meant for a Caribbean itinerary; not a European itinerary.

Management screwed up on our shore excursion rebates, our OBC amounts and final photo purchases. Poorly managed ship in many cases. Things aren't planned well.

Loved the EDGE, but still prefer the more traditional ships.

New ship, very funny Captain, be open to trying new things, Eden show quite different, but Eden specialty restaurant a great experience. La petite restaurant a great entertaining dinner. Loved the ship.

Celebrity is my favorite cruise line. Did not disappoint. Had a great time. The number of days at sea helped decompress from reality and not on the go all the time. Nice balance.

Everything onboard the ship was EXQUISITE! Unfortunately we felt so cheated by the poor tours that Regent had arranged. The tour guides were either disorganized or unable to communicate and we just left feeling shortchanged. We've been on other cruises where the cruise ship company had arranged really enriching and wonderful excursions. Sadly this is the only area Regent fell short. But the experience on board did exceed all of our expectations.

Best cruise and port cities!!! Full days touring so not able to spend evenings seeing entertainment. Also missed our early dining several times due to tours coming in very late to ship.

Overall the cruise was great. Don’t worry that the ship is old, it is in very good shape.
