Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was excellent. Menus in the dining rooms got a little tired after the first several days. Service, in the four dining rooms, was excellent. Seemed to be much more efficient than past cruises with only two main dining rooms. Cyprus was our least favorite dining room. Decor was nothing special. The first night we ate there, our waiter had very BAD body odor! We gave it another chance, towards the end of our cruise. We were seated in a different area, but unfortunately had the same waiter, and he had the same problem. We left and went back to the Cosmopolitan.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pool is very nice. I missed the small tables for drinks. There could have been more activities. Missed the last,at sea, shopping deals. Casino is very nice.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Most of the shows, in the main theatre, were good. The band in the martini bar and the singer at the pool, not so much! I miss the strolling a Cappella bands from years past.

Children's Programs

I was not travelling with any children.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We received great service, from our room steward Bertalino, who was just excellent, to the dining room wait staff and customer relations staff.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was very clean. I'm still on the fence regarding the layout of several areas. The Martini Bar area feels like it's in a hole. I miss the Grand Foyer, Celebrity has on other ships. The "dark forest" area you walk through, coming out of Eden, is a total waste of space. Love the Sunset Bar and rooftop garden area. Love the bathrooms, both in our cabin and the public restrooms. The artwork, throughout the ship, was just strange!

Cabin / Stateroom

As mentioned above, love the bathroom. Good storage everywhere! Great, comfy beds. Like the additional space, in the room, the Infinity veranda provides.

Thanks - you noted the dining room menus "got tired".. Guessing they were getting repetitive - nothing new right? Have observed that on other Celebrity ships lately.
