Overall fun cruise with a few bumps here and there by pghosh20

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

The cruise was fun and had a lot of activities. The food went a little downhill as the cruise went on but the drinks were consistently good. I was hoping for more time at the ports, I feel like the all aboard times were way too early especially Barcelona being 5:30 PM. La Spezia was a disappointment because our excursion only gave up 1.5 hours to explore the city of Florence. I probably would not do another European cruise but would go on a cruise where the destinations were more beachy, less historic.

I paid for a balcony room and couldn't use it for 3 of 7 days due to cargo ships unloading and loading and the smell outside my balcony.. Cunard was a very nice relaxing cruise...Spa was disappointing and we lost 2 ports due to ship maintenance by suznrose11229

first Star cruise and had a great time! by jsherman1024

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

Port intensive so had 3 (1/2) day tours and 2 full day tours so we could enjoy the ship itself. My grand kids really enjoyed all the activities with their parents. Our first Experience with a genie in Star class was amazing. Leticia is awesome.

Great Excursions--Disappointing Cruise Line by lorriasmith44

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

Great overall experience with the ports. Royal Caribbean did not live up to the hype and expectations with their food and services.

Great Itinerary by VacaPlanner

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

Overall a great family trip (ages 19 to 76). We really appreciated the last day at sea to recover from the 15,000 plus steps a day. The ports were great. The ship was great. The food and service was great. Thankful for the opportunity to see all the historic sites with my family.

10 European Cities in 10 Days by gcabanasmail

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Viva

Great Mediterranean Option, new modern sleek and very nice Norwegian Ship, you get to see a new location every day. There are no sea days though, if you would like to enjoy the ship, you need to stay and not get off in one or more ports. Norwegian provides an Excellent Value for your money.

Really disappointed with Celebrity Equinox 9 night Barcelona to Rome cruise by Rocky50

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Celebrity Equinox

This was our first cruise on Celebrity and we were very disappointed in the food and entertainment on the Equinox. Will not sail on Celebrity again. Princess was so much better in every respect.

Amazing experience! by Rupnzl77

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Celebrity Ascent

The ship was beautiful. My stateroom and the attendant were great. I loved the shows. I went to almost all ports, some excursions and some on my own. I loved Sicily. Malta was an interesting country and glad I had an excursion, however there was confusion with the time of it and the bus to pick us up was almost 40 minutes late. I would highly recommend booking the excursions through Celebrity. I would say, the Celebrity App is much to be desired. I was not happy with it as it would crash more times than not. When it worked, it was great since it showed everything. I loved the Seapass card they give you as it was used for everything on the ship. (open your stateroom, leave the ship, enter the ship, beverages package, pay for items on the ship.) I would definitely plan another cruise with Celebrity.

Not up to expectations by ArunaV323

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Getaway

Not as expected. They changed the ports from visiting 4 countries to visiting on 2 and that too only 1 port in Portugal. The entertainment was not up to standard. There were upcharges for most everything. We will think twice before cruising on NCL again.

Wonderful Mediterranean Cruise by lwy93

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Orchestra

Make sure you bring sanitizer with you. We got sick from touch stuff behind people and not sanitizing enough, which was carelessly of us.

Incomplete Mediterranean cruise by canal211

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

We were disappointed in the buffet and dining area, crowded and the food arrangements didn't seem to make sense in groupings. Also felt that the ship should have alternative plans as I understand these strikes are well advertised in advance and I felt that this should have been planned for.
