Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
My time dining - service and food was not great! Windjammer food is hit and miss. Solarium - food is better but choices are limited.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pickle ball - not enough hours for open play and instruction. Ping-pong - open all the time. Ultimate abyss - great!; Free skating awesome! Carousel, Rock climbing and water slide was great!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
CATS-great! just like the New York production. All other productions - all fully booked.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our Room attendant was great! He made our beds with fresh covers everyday. Our dining room waiter and assistant was not in sink all the time. They forgot to complete the table setting on the first day. All other days not quite attentive to our needs. Water is not filled all the time.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
all areas that we were in are all clean and well maintained. Including the restrooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

What a DIRTY SOFA! We have 4 people in my cabin. The bed was nice and comfortable and the kids have to use the sofa supposedly two twin beds but the SOFA is soo dirty that we have to disinfect with clorox wipes.

Ship tip

Do not eat in the main dining room. For Adults - go to the Solarium and fi your want more selection eat at the windjammer. If you want much better food. Eat at the pay restaurants.

Ports of call

Barcelona, Spain

Visit the Park Guell with Gold Tour. Their Guides are very knowledgeable and you will walk away knowing alot about Park Guell and Gaudi then visit the Sagrada Familia - we used viator for both excursions.

Palma De Mallorca, Balearic Islands

1 out of 5
Not much to see. Do not spend money on any of the excursions. Enjoy the view from your ship.

Marseille (Provence), France

Same as Palma De Mallorca. Enjoy the view from your ship. Nothing much to see!

La Spezia, Italy

5 out of 5
Please go on any tour! This is a great place to visit. Especially the Leaning tower of Pisa.

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

Another one to go and visit! Money well spent!

Naples, Italy

Go on the motor launch to see Pompei and the coastline.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
The easiest embarkation! Our tag number was 21 and when our number was called. We came to the gangway and off we go. Our bags were on the conveyor belt ready for us to grab and take to the Private transfer that we hired. You can take the cab if your are staying in the Gothic, Placa de Cataluinya, Las Ramblas.
