The cruise weather and the ports and shipboard entertainment were excellent.

The ship is renovated and beautiful astheticly. Its clean and large and the shops are high end. The service and attention to detail when it comes to experience is what's lacking. This is my 9th cruise and rates about a 4 for me with what my expectations were vs what I received.

Never again Costa Cruise...Cheap Cruises needs to get more information on the products they sell.

This cruise was ok. The food wasn't that great and I wasn't a fan of how juice was only served at breakfast.

I’m a Platinum card member on NCL. This is my LAST cruise with them. Drink prices are outrageous, a 20 percent gratuity is added on everything, No more Latitude rewards parties for Gold, Platinum card members. NCL tours are double the cost for tours offered ashore. Our friends toke the day tour to Paris, stopped only at Effiel tower the view was through a fence. Did not stop at Notra Dome or Arch D Triumph , just drove by !! Cost : $ 400 !! Demanded their money back, NCL re credited them 30 percent.

Bottom line, we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise, even though, as Latitudes members, we were never invited to the Latitudes cocktail party. The ports of call were wonderful, the ship was clean and modern, the staff was competent, the food was hit and miss, but the music/entertainment was extraordinary.

I did this itinerary as I love Northern Spain, and had never seen Portugal. This is part of my DNA research, and loved finding that the celtic areas of Spain were part of this itinerary! This cruise is not offered that often, so when it comes around, be sure to book the cruise!

Ships, Cruise director and entertainment director was excellent. Ship was well run except for snafu getting tendered into Guernsey( not ships fault). breakfast was always delivered early to stateroom instead of during time requested.bar staff at Schooner bar- Frankie, Eddy and Milly was wonderful.

Ship personnel extremely friendly yet unabtrusive. Some ports were hard/long to get to.

Poor customer service and organization. We were stranded in Hamburg when cruise screwed up bus shuttles back to ship.we were charged for everything from table water to a hotel tax each day. Disappointed with treatment of non-excursion passengers. Money was foremost the theme on this cruise. We love a Royal Carribean and others for how they treated everyone.

Great ship, great crew, but just average entertainment. And Celebrity continues its annoying trend to flout its preferential treatment of Suite guests in the face of everyone else. Even the suite guests find this annoying.

Since it was my first cruise, I'd hoped it would be great. The excursions were great, but staff did not seem prepared in getting the groups organized. Some of the excursions seemed too rushed and couldn't do all that we were promised we could do. Oft times, the staff at the excursion desk were rude. The service in the "free restaurants" was lacking as we had to wait up to an hour to get our food after it was ordered. Overall, I was disappointed and don't think I'll take another cruise.

Excellent cruise. Interesting and educational ports of call. One has to keep in mind that a visit to a North Atlantic country in the spring isn't bikini weather but with a jacket and/or a raincoat things are fine. It was a great cruise on a very nice ship. No surprises with embarkation or included packages.

I loved the overall cruise. It was great to spend time with friends in that setting. The excursions were good and after the bugs were worked out for disembarking for them, the experience was very nice. Best salmon I ever ate was that served in Iceland, and I don't like salmon. I enjoyed the live musicians on the cruise. Michael Redden and Enrico Cifello were my favorite. The band was wonderful. Our dinner in the Tuscan Grill was fantastic. The food and the service and the extra attention for our special occasions were outstanding. Our stateroom was nice and roomy and had the world's best shower in it! I wish the bed had been as nice.

Best cruise we've ever been on w Princess less the entertainment which was in our opinion not at the level of the other Princess cruises we have taken.

Overall, it was a great experience. A must do, if you just want to have a taste of Europe

As I said that I won't cruise on Norweigan again due to the salty food, and a man jumping off the boat causing us to miss a port that we paid to see. There was no compensation from the ship to make me want to try another cruise.

Only negative was the wine police that CONFISCATED our stuff. Chinsey chinsey chinsey

Great itinerary. Very comfortable balcony room. Generally good on the food, but menu should be revised to include more vegetarian/vegan friendly options. Stage entertainment very good.
