Review summary

The ship is renovated and beautiful astheticly. Its clean and large and the shops are high end. The service and attention to detail when it comes to experience is what's lacking. This is my 9th cruise and rates about a 4 for me with what my expectations were vs what I received.

Although we did not visit the main dining rooms or specialty restaurants it seems like you geared towards them with the lack of food availability and variety that is elsewhere. If you want to stick to what's included and on your own time there is very little to choose from. Pizza, snack bar , and a buffet that closes at 9pm! Beverages are another issue. We opted for a soda beverage package for one of us and an upgraded soda, specialty coffee and non alcoholic cocktails for the other. The soda was only available at the bars and 4 automatic drink stations that we often out of soda and/or ice. This meant long lines at the bar for just a soda. The specialty coffees again, only available at the bar or the ONE cafe that actually made flavored coffees , white mochas, hazelnut , etc. Needelss to say as hard as we tried we just could not get our money's worth for that.

Yes, they make the ship better, but then service fails. That's too bad. We went on the Indy before the renovations and it was great. Service and all.
