Review summary
Poor customer service and organization. We were stranded in Hamburg when cruise screwed up bus shuttles back to ship.we were charged for everything from table water to a hotel tax each day. Disappointed with treatment of non-excursion passengers. Money was foremost the theme on this cruise. We love a Royal Carribean and others for how they treated everyone.Embarkation
