Lack of food quality in ALL areas...comparing with 13 other cruise experiences on other cruise lines. Food is poorer than budget chain buffets. Cheap and horrible wines.

Since gratuities are compulsory for all pasangers, there is no incentive for any one of the staff or ship service personnel to "go the extra step" in helping anyone .

I reported 3 times that the shower valves in 2 of the mens spa area were not working properly, in addition to NO soap in the dispensers. The response I got from the staff at the SPA desk was that the problem is NOT theirs to solve...that I should report it to maintenance.

Very pour tour guide (Risa)...made everyone run and not enjoy the sights. The Costa Cruise employee accompaning is requested her to stay with the group during the channel boat ride...she refused.

WE did the excursion which included a boat ride on the river...the tour guide had an argument with the boat company and we were disimbarked after 5 minutes on the river, WITH NO EXPLANATION
