Especially all personnel in the Savoy with esp both Maitre's (Geo and quite frankly I've forgotten the other man's name. Also the your lady who greeted us when we 1st arrived. Clinton Samuels in the Excursion Dept --very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Randy our man who took care of our suite. He was basically invisible but our needs were always taken care of and when we did see him he always had a smile!

Ran late and we were rushed thru the sites to a point where all of us were rushed when we were trying to take pictures. The guide complained that we were running late because people were using the toilets!!

We are going on our 1st princess cruise in aug, although we have cruised other companies, can I just ask why you felt the entertainment was not as good? But pleased to hear the rest was good ⚓️⚓️
