The Captain put us into harms way. When we arrived at the dock we were informed about a change of port and were going to France instead. We set sail out into very rough water and when we got close to France we were told it was also cancelled. We spent 2 days at sea going to Bergen. After our 3 ports in Norway the ship went around in circles and we went to other port towns , which are suburbs of the other ports. Unfortunately at these ports they were shut down for the Season. Most of trip when we were in very extremely rough water because of the Atlantic Gale Storms. After Flam we were informed we were not going to Iceland because of Hurricane Lorenzo. Hurricane Lorenzo was going to Ireland and nothing to do with Iceland. It arrived as a Tropical storm and only cause some rain in Ireland with no damage. This was a Lie!!!! After Norway the Captain informed us we were going to Greenock. Everyone was dressed and waiting to arrive at the port . The Captain informed us they had to cancel Greenock because of a broken down navy ship . We were informed by out outside tour company that the Navy ship was not broken down but it didn't want to out in the rough water. We were also told that we were not coming, however the ship did not inform us for over an hour. I called guest services after the tour company gave me this information and again we were lied to and told we were still going. Then we spent more time at Sea in Gale winds again. The ship is going into dry dock in January for much needed repairs. One of biggest problems on our tour was the lack of communication and honesty .

CRUISE WAS TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY & A NIGHTMARE! WE WILL NEVER SAIL ON NCL AGAIN.

Good (OK) cruise at a great price. Drink package was great to have.

Enjoyed the sports of call. My room was good and I got a great price. However, they do nickle and dime you for everything. The drink gratuity is a joke!

The Norwegian Getaway was a fantastic ship. I appreciated the multitude of restaurants and bars. The food was excellent!!! Compliments to the chef. Free-style dining made it even better. The staff provided outstanding service. Always smiling and willing to provide assistance. This was my first cruise and now I am hooked. I am already looking at NCL cruises for next year. Thank you!

The mini suite was nice, although the balcony was tiny. The walking area on 16 was fair, there was no full ship walking area on 7 or 8. The smoking area on 15 was inhuman, the cigar lounge stuffy and over lit. Cruise director was nonexistent. All complementary dining very weak.

This is our first Norwegian cruise and found out it is a huge ship. Enjoy the entertainment on board. Our 250 min internet access is a joke, slow. Also, signing out is needed every time. I thought I signed out one time, but it didn't. So it consumed the rest of my minutes in 3 hours. It should intelligent enough to sign off when your smartphone phone went to sleep.

This cruise was fantastic. Getting a sea day at the end was a bonus because we could rest up for the long trip home.

It was nice. Got to see places I only dream of. Would come back in the future.

Viking Ocean Cruises expensive but with many excursions included plus great service, all balcony rooms, free WiFi, excellent food, good entertainment, historians and port lectures, selected wines/beer included with all meals.

Best cruise we have been on. Only two days at sea and the Norwegian crew took very good care and attention to us.

This was our 50th anniversary celebration and it didn't disappoint! We really like the freedom of Norwegian cruises to dress and eat as you choose! We enjoyed each port, as you have seen, some more than the others, but all in all, a most wonderful trip. Had fun playing the trivia and other games on sea days. The only thing I can say to the negative, is the dining room needs to change up their menus a bit more. That's it. All was good.

Will never take this trip again. Was not worth the money we spent.

Great cruise with lots of extra value for the extra money above what other lines offer on essentially the same itinerary. Very hard to beat the Viking format with headsets for all for walking tours and almost perfect organization of excursion gatherings and departures, wine at lunch and dinner, and almost all services on ship included.

Overall, this trip met or exceeded our expectations and since we were planning it for more than two-years, that's a really good thing!

The Baltic is worth the money and seeing 6 ports in 11 days is definitely a plus.

There are really no negatives to this cruise. We had a wonderful time both on and off the ship. In all...a great value.

Overall, this was an excellent cruise. I will definitely consider Oceania again for our future travel if we find the itinerary we are looking for.

Would have like a newer/better ship but ports were awesome! Hit every country on the Baltic Sea and more. Great bucket list checking :)
