This is our first Norwegian cruise and found out it is a huge ship. Enjoy the entertainment on board. Our 250 min internet access is a joke, slow. Also, signing out is needed every time. I thought I signed out one time, but it didn't. So it consumed the rest of my minutes in 3 hours. It should intelligent enough to sign off when your smartphone phone went to sleep.
Embarkation

A bit overwhelming at the Copenhagen airport riding the transfer coach due to large amount of people. The process was pretty long, but once we settled down, we started to enjoy the relaxation and the anticipation of the cruise and the

Mostly were good, except Shanghai Noodles. Like the Teppenyaki the most.
Shanghai's Noodle Bar

We had to reserve this place. However, the food was cold. Chinese Food needs to be hot to do justice. No wonder we observe during the end of the cruise, the place started to be empty. The food needs to be prepared hot before serving.

We asked for replacement of tea bags in our room, but didn't get them. So we had to take a few in the Garden Buffet on the 15th floor.

The toilet in bathroom started to smell a bit toward the last 2-3 days despite flushing after use.

The size is manageable. The balcony was nice for taking photos of sunrise and sunset.
Ship tip
Be aware of pretty much everthing is additional charge. Also the internet access is not very good.
The two day excursion of full of good visits to Palace and others place. A good place to visit. But a long of walking due to huge places, such as the Hermitage.
Too rush. We were told from the daily schedule that it would be around 8:30am that we would be taking off. However at 7:45am while we were eating our breakfast, our group was called to disembark. This was not very good as we had to rush and then wait in the Copenhagen airport for 4 hours before we could check our bags.
