Was a very busy cruise with many ports to visit! If visiting the ports I would not recommend anyone who cannot walk well. Lots of cobblestones and hills in some of the ports. Was still busy when we went the first of September so next time I might go later in September to hopefully miss some of the crowds.

Overall, the cruise was excellent and I had an amazing time. The NCL Viva is a beautiful ship and I would recommend this Mediterranean cruise to family and friends.

Our air reservations were unsatisfactory. We had a 6 hr. Layover on the way home in Philadelphia and was never notified of the change from 4 hrs.

In closing, this was our first cruise. Celebrity Cruises' personal were present and extremely attentive during my medical crisis. The emergency room staff were all helpful and their excellent/professional care was greatly appreciated. The ship's crew was in constant communication with my wife during my hospitalization in Lavagna, providing excellent support, as well as facilitating our return to the cruise ship. Upon our re-embarkation, their generosity in providing a room/class upgrade was beyond our expectations. The immediate refund of our missed excursions was generous and greatly appreciated. We both enjoyed the food and beverage service, entertainment, and the ambiance of cruising. This was our first and will not be our last cruise on Celebrity. Thank you to all!

The cruise was wonderful. We traveled with friends. Everyone did their own thing during the day and we dined together in the evening. Perfect way to explore new parts of the world.

Really worse cruise out of the 12 we have been on. I wish I could get my money spent on this cruise that was supposed to be the one of a lifetime. Very Disappointing.

Would definitely cruise Norwegian again. Loved it.

This was a great value for a family of 4. The 3rd and 4th guests were "free", and we absolutely had an amazing time. The Escape was a better ship compared to the Breakaway (our last cruise).

Ports excellent. We needed more time in Mallorca, Cannes, & Malta. The ship was okay. The entertainment was not well done. We did enjoy the Choir of Man. Movies were redundant. There were no movies under the stars. Dancing was limited. It's a good portion cruise. The food was good but they had no lobster or escargot options for the regular dining. The Garden was often a madhouse.

Lots of food. I had watermelon with almost every meal.

The trip is really what you make of it. We wanted to learn a lot so we scheduled many excursions. The pools were pretty empty in the evening but well lighted. Outside seating is also much more available after everyone goes for dinner and the show or music. We felt that there was not hard core push to the shopping or other amenities, which was nice. Overall, a very nice cruise.

This was our fourth cruise with NCL and, even though the ports of call were all very interesting, the overall experience on the ship was not as good as before. Maybe it was just the cabin steward that killed the vibe, but there it is.

My wife and 2 daughters were celebrating multiple events. We travel quite often (almost 60 countries) but this is just our 3rd cruise. We were pleased with the experience and will likely cruise in the future. We were disappointed by the cost of some onboard items such as internet, soda, water and added costs when you're dining in the specialty dining room. The latter was most surprising. As guests of the Haven, we have access to an exclusive restaurant every night where surf and turf is included. We dined in one of the specialty restaurants (an up charge) one evening and was shocked that in addition to the up charge, certain dishes, such as shrimp and lobster, had an additional up charge. Yes, lobster was included nightly for us but in the "special" restaurant there was an upcharge on top of the upcharge. We had a great time, but it was shocking how many items came at an additional cost.

I really enjoyed the itinerary. I just wish there were some sea days so we could rest. When a cruise is port-intensive like this one, we tend to do as much as we can to experience the area. If there were a couple of sea days, we would have appreciated the break to sleep in and enjoy the ship.

It was wonderful - all excursions. Didnt like the ship and that all other restaurants were additional. On other cruises, they were included. Pools closed too early. The staff was amazing.. They truly did a great job.

Enjoyed the cruise and the ports but would have liked better food on regular restaurants. If we didn't have specialty restaurants we would not have enjoyed the food at all.

Highly recommend this cruise! Great experience from start to finish.

The ship okay. I was expecting more activities and things to do. The buffet was food was not good.

The cruise overall was good but seeing as this was 1st time in Europe I totally do not recomend to go by cruise as you don't see much & always feel rushed as you arrive too late or leave too early for non Royal Carribean coordinated tours.
