Would do it again in a heartbeat! We are sharing our positive experience with everyone!

Overall we had a great itinerary, but the ship could have been better, and I recommend buying your excursions from MSC not American Airlines. You can buy them at a discount from the carrier if you buy them earlier

Key West and Grand Cayman are always good. I am very glad that we saw the real Cuba. The ship physical features and age were totally unacceptable.

Two years ago my husband and I sailed on MSC Divina , we has an amazing time so this year we decided to invite another couple since we had a blast the last time. Guess what as we enter the on the boat the décor was so outdated and not what we was not accustomed to. Later on we finally walk to the room and guess what the cabin had a mildew smell which thankfully I packed a air freshener plug in. Day 2 I found a roach on the mirror and I killed it I was shocked. I called the front desk and they sent someone to remove it. I asked for a different room and was told that they were 100% booked and I had to wait until Wednesday to see if they have another room available. " That's three days that I had to sleep in the room" Lets fast forward to Day 4 the day before Cuba we were told that in order for us to get off the boat you need to have a People to People experience which starts at $55 up to 200. So we paid for the excursion the night before we arrived to Cuba. People note to self you can get off the boat without paying the excursion fee. Guess what the cruise Director Miguel made an announcement once we docked in Cuba that if you are independently getting on the boat without a people to people excursion you may do so. So we tried to request for a refund and was told that they could not issue a refund. The Customer Service was the worst as well as misleading. Please set up your own excursion ahead of time for half the price. " they made it seemed as if it was mandatory" Also don't pay the $ 75 to have MSC get the VISA on your behalf you can purchase your own Cuba VISA in advance for $10.00. Also if you exchange your money please do it while on the boat rather than in Cuba port. If you are from the US -1 usa dollars is 87cents in Cuba yes our US dollars don't mean anything. On the boat you can get a refund to what you haven't used, at the port it will be less. Ex: I exchanged 100 in US and received $85 in Cuba monies. Needless to say this will be our last time cruising with MSC.

Small ship with a big heart. The karoake was surprising entertaining. The NH group "Dawson's Creek" were fabulous!

Cuba was very nice, but try to take another cruise line. This ship is small and feels crowded.

Was not clear on the Future Cruise offer w/use of Onboard Credit, but, no mention of return of your money if no cruise is taken in 4 years. I was unable to speak to cruise consultant due to long lines, and limited times.

We had a wonderful expirieance, great port of calls, and a relaxing journey thru time.

Loved cruising on the NCL Sun out of Port Canaveral. Mid size ship and port closer to NC than Lauderdale and Miami. Food, staff, entertainment and experience was awesome. Cruised Carnival over 20 years and NCL was so much better. Dining room staff and food very good.

We found this cruise enjoyable overall. Would do again.

A short yet memorable cruise. Very relaxing, yet I wasn’t overwhelmed with so many ports to visit.

Overall wonderful cruise! As noted above, Key West needs a full day. Maybe 1 more port after Cuba.

Main reason to choose this ship was the port of Cuba and the time it remain in this port. The cruise was a nice size, not too hugh, making it comfortable to move around. Mel, the entertainment Director, was another thing. She was so great, with a lot of energy and talks to everyone. She made the diferrent and deserve a 7 from 5.

I think they could include a Specialty dinner . They should Have upgrade does to the premium plus beverage package.

I think your Cruise Directors staff need a few classes on how to get people involved. More smiles and eye contact can bring people out.

I enjoyed the cruise. However, the ship has a general feel of neglect, especially I some public areas. The most disappointing part was the food at the buffet and main dining room. Not good at all.

Overall, it was a good time! I relaxed, enjoyed my mom and the others we were traveling with and will probably cruise with Carnival again.

Experience definitely worth my time , however some things could be improved . Biggest problem is the quality of food. The chef has no Imagination at all, even one week is too long of an exposure to his art. The second problem is the length of stay in Havana which could be extended Whereas some other ports were not worth my time. The ship and cabin design are very good for the price point.

Went for the destination but will not sail with RCCL again! Not my type of company.

Great trip. I would easily book another cruise on RC and was very happy with the overall experience and value for money.
